EMRO Finance Ireland Limited ('EMRO') was established in July 1999 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Banca popolare dell'Emilia Romagna, Modena, one of the most prominent "Banche Popolari" (cooperative banks) banking groups in Italy.

EMRO, located in the International Financial Services Centre of Dublin, is active in a number of financial and trading operations such as:

  • Financing Services (Lending and Syndicated Loans)
  • Treasury Management (Money Market Deposits and Repo's)
  • Acquisition and Disposal of Assets
  • Securities trading (Eurobonds, Assets, Swaps, Securitisations, Credit Derivatives, etc.)
  • Risk Management
  • Advisory and Administrative services

EMRO has a share capital of EUR 155,000 and an authorised capital contribution of EUR 158,845,000 of which 66% has been paid up and partially invested as of today.
